Lake Side Escape is a stunning waterfront property on serene Lake Bonham only an hour or so from the Dallas area. The home offers a private boat and personal watercraft dock along with a playset, fire pit, charcoal grill, kayak, water toys, and life preservers. The home comfortably sleeps 12 and has a gorgeous full kitchen to feed that many. There is a large primary suite on the first floor with a king bed, sitting area, and two-vanity bathroom. Additionally, the first floor has a guest room with a queen bed and attached bath in addition to a media room with a 65-inch TV.  The home was remodeled in 2023.

The upstairs has two large guest rooms with queen beds and a climate controlled patio overlooking the lake. The second floor also has a Jack-and-Jill bathroom and a bunk room that has two twin-over--twin bunk beds that sleep a total of 4.
